Growing Greatness Now starts the conversation at lived experience to ensure alignment, identify authority, take action,
and maintain accountability.
Conflict Management
Leveraging expertise in the pedagogy of peace, Growing Greatness Now facilitates conflict management outcomes by creating stakeholder alignment, and facilitating collaborative conflict management planning towards a policy or design implemented resolution. Although conflict management is incorporated in each service Growing Greatness Now provides, this is also offered as a separate consulting service.
DEI Workshops and Training
Growing Greatness Now provides trauma informed DEI workshops and training on topics that include but are not limited to diversity in the workplace, leveraging diversity for change, and creating measurable outcomes for diversity targets. These trainings are provided to DEI practitioners in 1-on-1 or group sessions. GGN Executive Equity Consultants include two licensed Marriage Family Therapist and everyone on the GGN team is a trauma informed service provider.
Policy Consultation
Guided by Narrative Strategy, Perma-culture design, and Collective Impact, Growing Greatness Now leverages customized processes and frameworks for consulting with organizations, corporations, and government agencies to improve equity in their policy outcomes and impact. We conduct an impacted demographic centered process that identifies alignment among stakeholders with the risk management, compliance, and values of our clients. Some of our successes include increasing child support funds that go to the custodial family and eliminate administrative, criminal fines, and fees.
Urban Design
Growing Greatness Now places a critical equity lens on program and service delivery infrastructure and design implications that adversely impact the individual and the environment in an urban setting. Growing Greatness Now influences innovative approaches to design and works to eliminate the violence facilitated through historic design exclusion based on race and ability. Through partnerships with the American Institute of Architecture Encompass and Cal Poly Pomona’s School of Environmental Design, UCLA LOSH, and the Black Workers Center LA, Ronnell Hampton, on behalf of Growing Greatness Now, leads lectures, facilitates trainings, serves on environmental design seminars, and keynotes events. Growing Greatness Now will continue contributing to new urban design approaches and participating in projects the facilitate those outcomes.
